The FloPlast Xtraflo Industrial Gutter Stopend Outlet is an essential component for commercial or heavy-duty residential drainage systems, specifically designed for those needing a robust connection between guttering and a 110mm downpipe while simultaneously sealing the gutter run. This two-part fitting provides a secure, industrial-grade solution that installs directly onto the fascia, offering excellent durability and reliability. However, users should note that successful installation requires the use of a lubricant on seals to ensure a completely watertight fit, which may require an additional purchase if not already on hand.

No, the SL40 silicon spray is a recommended accessory that must be purchased separately to ensure the seals are lubricated correctly.
No, this is part of the Xtraflo industrial range and is only compatible with Xtraflo guttering components.
Yes, it acts as a stopend, effectively capping off the gutter run while providing the necessary outlet for the downpipe.
This unit is designed specifically to connect to a 110mm downpipe.
It features integrated moulded screwholes, allowing you to screw it directly onto the fascia board for a permanent, secure fit.
Apply a generous amount of SL40 silicon spray to the internal seals and ensure the pipe end is chamfered slightly for easier entry.
Verify that the seal is seated correctly and that the unit is securely screwed into the fascia board, ensuring the gutter has not shifted.
Installation requires standard trade tools, including a drill for the fascia fixings and a level to ensure the correct fall for water drainage. Always ensure the gutter is clean and free of debris before attaching the stopend. This product is exclusively designed for the FloPlast Xtraflo system; do not attempt to use it with standard domestic 112mm or 114mm half-round systems, as the profiles will not match. To maintain the system, periodically inspect the seals for signs of aging and remove any leaf matter or moss from the gutter interior to prevent blockages that could stress the joint.
