Rustins Quick Dry Small Job Primer & Undercoat is for indoor and outdoor use. Used as a primer, it is suitable for new and bare wood, MDF, plaster, brickwork and cement. It has high opacity and can be used as an undercoat on primed or painted surfaces. This paint may be over-coated with water or solvent based paints. It also conforms to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 1995, BS:EN71 Part 3, which makes it ideal to use on children's toys. Small Job Primer & Undercoat is available in White or Grey. Sizes 250ml.
