Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your shoes, align your chosen mountain bike cleats with the pre-installed shank area on the sole, ensuring they are torqued to the manufacturer's specification. These shoes feature a regular fit, so most riders can select their standard athletic shoe size. For care, avoid using high-pressure water hoses, as these can force grit into the material and damage the internal structure. Instead, clean the leather upper with a soft brush and lukewarm water after a ride. Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the leather to crack or lose its shape.
