No, the canisters and bamboo lids should be wiped clean with a damp cloth to protect the powder-coated finish and natural wood.
The bread bin lid provides a protective seal, though it is primarily designed to keep contents fresh rather than creating a vacuum seal like the smaller canisters.
Yes, their uniform design makes them perfect for stacking or arranging in pantry cabinets to maximize space.
The lids are made from sustainable bamboo with food-safe silicone seals.
Keep them dry. If they appear dry over time, you may lightly treat the bamboo with food-grade mineral oil, but avoid soaking.
The silicone seal may be creating a strong vacuum. Press down firmly while twisting slightly to release pressure.
Wipe the surface with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove streaks and restore the matte appearance.
Setting up the ATEK set is straightforward: simply place the containers on a level surface. For optimal longevity, do not submerge the bamboo lids in water, as excessive moisture can cause the natural wood to warp. Wipe the powder-coated metal bodies with a soft, damp cloth and ensure they are thoroughly dried before refilling. The set is compatible with most standard kitchen decors and pairs well with existing grey or neutral-toned appliances.
