Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Ensure boots are laced securely but not overly tight. Start lacing from the bottom, pulling evenly to distribute pressure across your foot.
- Initial Wear: New boots typically require a break-in period. Wear them for short training sessions initially to allow the materials to mold to your foot shape.
Compatibility
These boots feature a Multi-Ground (MG) soleplate, making them suitable for:
- Firm Ground (FG): Natural grass pitches that are firm and not excessively wet or muddy.
- Artificial Grass (AG): Modern synthetic turf surfaces. Avoid using on older, abrasive artificial turf.
Do NOT use these boots on indoor courts (futsal) or extremely soft/muddy natural grass, as this can damage the soleplate and compromise performance or safety.
Care Instructions
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the boots with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. For tougher grime, use a soft brush or sponge with mild soap and water. Pay attention to the NIKESKIN texture to maintain its grip.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can cause materials to crack or stiffen.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place. Using boot trees or stuffing them with newspaper can help maintain their shape.
- Stud Inspection: Regularly check the studs for wear or damage. While the Cyclone 360 soleplate is durable, proper care extends its lifespan.
