Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your trainers, begin by loosening the laces fully and adjusting them to your foot shape after you have stepped in; this prevents pressure points. These trainers are standard road running shoes and should be used on flat, hard surfaces for the best lifespan of the outsole.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe off surface dirt with a damp cloth after each use.
- Allow the shoes to air dry naturally; avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Remove the sockliner occasionally to allow it to dry out separately if you have been exercising in humid conditions.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can degrade the GEL cushioning and adhesives.
