Troubleshooting
Divan base wobbles
Ensure all leg/glider fixings are tightened securely. Check that the floor surface is even.
Headboard is loose
Verify that the headboard bolts are fully tightened and aligned with the pre-drilled holes on the divan base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Sloomy Sofia Gold Divan Set is designed to be straightforward. Upon delivery, the base will likely be in two sections for larger sizes, which can be joined together. The headboard attaches to the divan base using pre-drilled holes and provided fixings. Ensure the headboard is securely fastened before use. The divan set is compatible with standard UK mattress sizes. For care, regularly vacuum the upholstered divan base to remove dust and debris. The mattress is single-sided, meaning it should be rotated (head to toe) regularly to ensure even wear. Use a damp cloth to spot clean any minor spills on the mattress, avoiding excessive moisture. The chrome gliders should be kept clean to ensure easy movement.
