Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Ensure you have a standard sealant gun. Cut the nozzle tip at an angle to achieve the desired bead size. Puncture the inner seal if present. Load the cartridge into the sealant gun.
Compatibility: This sealant is compatible with aluminium, hardwood, and uPVC frames. It bonds effectively to blockwork, brick, concrete, and masonry without the need for a primer. For best results, ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material.
Care: Once cured, the sealant is durable and requires minimal care. Clean application tools and any excess uncured sealant immediately with appropriate solvents as recommended by the manufacturer. For long-term performance, ensure the sealed area is regularly inspected for any signs of damage or wear, although its 25-year durability rating suggests minimal intervention is needed.
