Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These trainers require minimal setup. Simply lace them up to achieve a secure, comfortable fit. Experiment with different lacing techniques to find what best suits your foot shape and activity, ensuring your heel is locked in and your toes have room to splay.
Compatibility:
- Terrain: Optimally designed for trails, dirt paths, gravel, and light-to-moderate rocky terrain.
- Activities: Perfect for trail running, hiking, fastpacking, and general outdoor adventuring.
- Footwear: Compatible with most athletic socks. Consider moisture-wicking socks for best performance.
Care:
- Cleaning: After use, remove loose dirt and mud by gently brushing the outsoles. For the mesh uppers, use a soft cloth or brush with mild soap and cool water. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage materials.
- Drying: Allow trainers to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can cause materials to crack or shrink.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are completely dry before storing to prevent odor and mildew.
- Odor Control: If odors develop, remove insoles and allow them to air out. You can also use shoe deodorizers or sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside (remove before next use).
