FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is generally recommended to hand clean these trainers using a damp cloth. Machine washing can compromise the internal Plush Foam structure and the adhesive between the sole and the upper.
Do these shoes run true to size?
The Rocket Dog Kitty series generally fits true to standard UK sizes. If you plan on wearing thick socks, some users prefer to size up by half a size.
Can I use these for running?
No, these are categorized as lifestyle trainers and do not contain the technical support or impact protection required for running or high-intensity sports.
What is the primary material of the upper?
The primary material is high-quality cotton canvas, accented with smooth PU panels for structural integrity.
Is the insole removable?
Yes, in many cases the foam insole can be lifted out, allowing you to swap them for custom orthotics if necessary.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight across the midfoot
Adjust the lace-up closure to be looser near the midsection to allow for more volume.
Stains appearing on the canvas material
Use a specialized canvas cleaner or a gentle mixture of water and clear dish soap; dab the stain rather than scrubbing vigorously to avoid fraying the fabric.
Insole feels compressed over time
Remove the insole if possible to air it out, or consider replacing it with a third-party arch support insert if you require more long-term structural reinforcement.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting started with your Rocket Dog Kitty Trainers is simple. Upon first wear, adjust the laces to fit the arch of your foot securely, ensuring the heel sits firmly against the back of the shoe.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Spot clean the canvas upper using a mild detergent and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid fully submerging the shoes in water to maintain the integrity of the adhesive and foam.
- Drying: Air dry only. Keep away from direct heat sources like radiators, as these can warp the rubber outsole or shrink the cotton material.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the white canvas from yellowing.
