The Simms G3 Guide Wading Boot with a Felt Sole is a high-performance wading boot designed for guides and serious anglers. It offers exceptional support, traction, and durability for navigating various riverbeds and trails. With over 200 days of river use in mind, this boot provides robust ankle support and enhanced underfoot feel, allowing you to reach difficult spots with confidence. The Rivertread® build ensures you can feel the riverbed for easier navigation without sacrificing support or traction. Its proven durability withstands the rigors of daily hiking and wading. Features include a waterproof nubuck leather and lace-to-toe upper, a high-abrasion textile with a full scratch rubber rand, and a molded external TPU heel counter and heel clip. The dual-density midsole offers superior shock absorption, and ESS plates improve cleat retention and proprioception. Approximate weight is 69.1 oz. Proper care is essential to prevent the spread of Aquatic Invasive Species. Clean and dry your boots regularly, especially after use in saltwater, to prevent corrosion. Use a brush to remove dirt and dust, and consider removing laces before cleaning. Use specialized boot cleaner, saddle soap, or a mild dishwashing soap with lukewarm water. Avoid bar soap or detergents.
