Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before hitting the trail, ensure you have properly laced the shoes to lock in your heel, which prevents slippage and blisters. Because these shoes are waterproof, it is important not to submerge them in water deep enough to allow moisture to enter through the collar. To clean your shoes, remove excess mud with a soft brush after each outing. If the inside gets wet, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with newspaper to air dry in a cool, ventilated area away from direct heat sources, which can damage the Gore-Tex membrane.
