Care Instructions
Proper care will extend the life and performance of your Cloudsurfer Max shoes:
- Cleaning:
- Remove excess dirt: Gently brush off loose dirt with a soft brush (an old toothbrush works well).
- Hand wash: Use mild soap (like dish soap) and cold water. Apply to a cloth or soft brush and gently scrub the upper, midsole, and outsole.
- Rinse: Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue.
- Do NOT machine wash or machine dry, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Drying:
- Air dry: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources: High heat can degrade materials like the Helion™ superfoam.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Odor Management: If odors develop, remove insoles and allow them to air out. You can also use shoe deodorizers or sprinkle baking soda inside the shoes (let sit overnight, then shake out).
