Yes, the PUMA Deviate Nitro 3 HYROX trainers are suitable for marathon running due to their lightweight design, responsive cushioning, and energy-returning features, making them effective for long distances.
The Deviate Nitro 3 features the specific combination of NITROFOAM™ and the PWRPLATE for enhanced propulsion and a faster feel, often with specialized HYROX branding, distinguishing it for performance-oriented training.
Gently clean the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing to preserve the integrity of the recycled materials.
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional strength and endurance exercises. The 'HYROX' branding indicates a collaboration with this sport, tailoring the shoe for similar training demands.
The PWRPLATE is a carbon fibre plate engineered to stabilize the midsole and maximize energy transfer, helping to provide an efficient and faster stride.
These trainers are primarily designed for asphalt surfaces and speed training. While they may offer some grip on light trails, they are not optimized for rugged or technical trail running conditions.
The PUMA Deviate Nitro 3 HYROX trainers weigh 270g, with a stack height of 39mm in the heel and 29mm in the forefoot, resulting in a 10mm drop.
This may be due to the PWRPLATE settling. Ensure the shoe is properly laced and try running a short distance to allow the components to adapt. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
The PWRPLATE technology is designed to enhance performance but may require a short break-in period. Wear the shoes for shorter runs initially and gradually increase distance as you become accustomed to the feel.
Check for any debris trapped within the midsole or any damage to the NITROFOAM™. Ensure the shoes are cared for according to the care instructions.
Setup: These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct UK size for optimal fit.
Compatibility: Designed for neutral runners on asphalt surfaces. Suitable for training, speed training, and various distances.
