Setup, Compatibility & Care
For best results, break in the trainers with at least one or two short, fast-paced runs before using them in a competitive event to allow your feet to adjust to the plate's stiffness. To maintain the integrity of the foam and the carbon plate, avoid using these in wet or muddy conditions, as debris can degrade the outsole traction. After use, store the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If they get dirty, wipe the upper gently with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the midsole material.
