Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your shoes maintain their performance characteristics:
- Break-in Period: Because of the carbon plate technology, take the shoes on a few short, fast runs before your main race day to let your feet and the foam adapt to the geometry.
- Surface Compatibility: These are best used on asphalt, concrete, and synthetic track surfaces.
- Cleaning: Wipe the outsole and midsole with a damp cloth after runs to remove debris. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat sources, which can degrade the foam chemistry.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent the foam from prematurely hardening.
