This standard Matt Emulsion is designed for general walls and ceilings. For bathrooms and kitchens, which experience higher moisture and condensation, it's generally recommended to use paints specifically formulated for these areas (e.g., 'Kitchen & Bathroom' paints) due to their enhanced durability and moisture resistance.

Crown Walls & Ceilings Matt Emulsion is usually touch dry in 2-4 hours. You should wait at least 4 hours before applying a second coat. Full hardness and washability may take longer, typically 7-14 days.

For new, bare, or highly porous surfaces (like new plaster), a suitable primer or a thinned mist coat (1 part water to 5-10 parts paint) is recommended. If painting over an existing, sound, clean, and dry painted surface, priming is often not necessary.

Clean brushes and rollers thoroughly with warm, soapy water immediately after use. Rinse until the water runs clear and reshape the bristles or roller pile before allowing them to dry.
