The ASICS GEL-1130 trainers are designed for adults seeking a perfect marriage of early 2000s aesthetic appeal and modern performance engineering. These shoes are ideal for everyday urban wear and light athletic activities, providing signature GEL cushioning for impact absorption and a TRUSSTIC support system for increased stability. While they offer exceptional comfort and a retro look, users should be aware that the primary design focus is on stability and lifestyle comfort, meaning they may not be suitable for high-intensity long-distance running.

While they feature performance technology, they are designed as lifestyle trainers. They are suitable for light activity, but not for specialized running training.
Use a soft brush and a mixture of mild soap and water. Dab gently rather than scrubbing to avoid damaging the mesh fabric.
Yes, they generally follow standard sizing. Ensure you check the UK size guide provided to match your specific needs.
Yes, the insoles are removable, making them compatible with most custom or aftermarket orthotic inserts.
It is a molded component under the midfoot that adds structural integrity and stability to the shoe's base.
Use a double knot or replace with slightly longer laces if you prefer a different lacing pattern.
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a gentle leather cleaner specifically formulated for white trainers.
Remove the insoles to air out and use a fabric-safe deodorizing spray; avoid machine washing the shoes.
Because these are lace-up trainers, ensure you adjust the laces to accommodate your natural foot swelling throughout the day to avoid pressure points on the top of the bridge. For care, avoid submerging the leather and mesh materials in water. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and a damp cloth with mild soap for the leather panels. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp synthetic components or degrade adhesives over time.
