Troubleshooting

iPhone won't turn on or respond.

Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a charger for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't respond, perform a force restart: quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then quickly press and release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

Apps are crashing or freezing frequently.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure the app and your iOS are updated to the latest versions. If storage is low (check `Settings > General > iPhone Storage`), try freeing up space.

Poor battery life.

Go to `Settings > Battery` to see which apps are consuming the most power. You can adjust settings for these apps or enable Low Power Mode (`Settings > Battery`). Reduce screen brightness, disable background app refresh for non-essential apps, and turn off location services when not needed.

Can't connect to Wi-Fi or 5G network.

For Wi-Fi, try forgetting the network (`Settings > Wi-Fi > i icon > Forget This Network`) and reconnecting. Restart your iPhone and Wi-Fi router. For cellular data, ensure cellular data is enabled (`Settings > Cellular`) and check if your plan has active data. If issues persist, try resetting network settings (`Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings`).

128GB storage is running low.

Check `Settings > General > iPhone Storage` to identify space-consuming apps and media. Delete unused apps, offload large files to cloud storage (iCloud, Google Photos), delete old messages, and optimize photo storage by enabling 'Optimize iPhone Storage' in `Settings > Photos`.
