FAQs

Is this case compatible with the Galaxy Z Flip7?

No, this case is specifically engineered for the Galaxy Z Flip8 and will not fit previous models.

Can I use this case with third-party magnetic accessories?

Yes, the integrated magnets are designed to work with standard magnetic accessories that support this alignment.

Does the ring holder fold flat when not in use?

The ring is designed to be slim, though it may protrude slightly; it is intended to fold down to maintain a relatively flat profile for pocket storage.

Does the case protect the hinge of the Flip8?

The case focuses on the primary device body to ensure a comfortable fold; please check the specific product coverage for full hinge details.

Will the silicone material yellow over time?

The material is chosen for durability, but regular cleaning is recommended to prevent accumulation of oils that can affect the aesthetic over time.

Troubleshooting

Case feels loose or does not snap on fully

Ensure that no debris is trapped between the device and the case edges; clean both surfaces and re-align.

Wireless charging is slow or intermittent

Verify that the magnetic alignment is centered on the charging pad and remove any thick metal accessories that might be interfering.

Fingerprint marks appearing on the surface

The soft-touch silicone can attract oils; wipe regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth to maintain the clean, semi-transparent appearance.

Optimized magnetic alignment for wireless charging
Premium soft-touch texture
Stylish semi-transparent design

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install the case, align the two separate pieces with the top and bottom halves of your Galaxy Z Flip8 and press firmly until they snap into place. This case is exclusively compatible with the Galaxy Z Flip8. For care, wipe the silicone surface with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust or smudges. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can compromise the soft-touch finish and clarity of the semi-transparent material.
