The Croxley Double Rattan Bed arrives ready for assembly. Follow the included instructions carefully, ensuring all components are securely fastened. It is recommended to have two people for assembly to safely lift and position larger parts. Once the frame is assembled, place your UK standard double mattress onto the wooden slats.

Compatibility

This bed frame is exclusively designed for UK standard double mattresses. Please verify your mattress size before purchase to ensure a proper fit. The recommended maximum mattress height is 200mm (approximately 8 inches) to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the headboard. Using a mattress taller than this may obscure the rattan design or create an uncomfortable sleeping height.

Care

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Croxley Rattan Bed:

• Frame: Wipe the wooden frame with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners which can damage the finish.
• Rattan: Gently dust the rattan headboard regularly using a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a mild soap and water solution on a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
• Slats: Periodically check the wooden slats for any signs of wear or looseness. Ensure they remain securely in place to provide optimal mattress support.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the rattan and wood finish over time. Position the bed to minimize direct sun exposure if possible.
