Full details
The adidas Runfalcon 5 Trainers are designed for active individuals who need a reliable, comfortable shoe for daily movement, running, and play. Featuring a responsive Cloudfoam midsole and a breathable textile upper, these sneakers provide a high level of comfort and impact absorption during long-distance activities or casual wear. While they excel in versatility and cushioning, users should note that the lace-up design requires manual adjustment for a custom fit, which may take longer than slip-on alternatives.

FAQs
Are these shoes waterproof?
No, the Runfalcon 5 features a breathable textile upper designed for airflow, which means they are not waterproof.
Can I use these for long-distance running?
Yes, they are designed with Cloudfoam cushioning specifically to offer comfort and support during running activities.
How do I determine the right size?
We recommend measuring your feet while wearing socks and comparing the result to the standard adidas UK sizing guide.
Are these suitable for wide feet?
The lace-up design offers some flexibility in width, but the overall fit is a standard performance profile.
Can I remove the insoles?
The insoles are generally designed to be fixed; however, if you require custom orthotics, they can usually be placed over or replace the existing insole.
Troubleshooting
Laces coming undone during activity
Double-knot the laces or ensure you are using a secure runner's loop to maintain tension.
Foot feels too hot or tight
Loosen the laces across the bridge of the foot to allow for better expansion and improved airflow.
Build-up of dirt on the outsole
Use a stiff brush or a damp cloth to clean the grooves in the outsole to maintain grip and prevent slippage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Runfalcon 5 trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: When putting on the shoes, loosen the laces completely and re-tighten them starting from the bottom eyelets to ensure an even distribution of tension across the midfoot.
- Cleaning: Do not put these shoes in the washing machine. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry mud or dirt. For stains, wipe the textile upper with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can damage the foam midsole.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading and material degradation.
