The adidas Runfalcon 5 Junior Trainers are versatile, all-day sneakers designed for active children who need reliable support for running, playing, and daily wear. These trainers blend a retro aesthetic with modern performance features like a responsive Cloudfoam midsole and breathable textile construction to keep feet comfortable during high-energy movement. While these shoes excel in durability and comfort, they are primarily designed for casual and multi-sport use rather than professional competitive athletics.

We recommend against machine washing to protect the structural integrity and the Cloudfoam midsole. Stick to surface cleaning with a damp cloth.
The Runfalcon 5 generally fits true to standard UK junior sizing. If you prefer extra room for growth, consider a half-size up.
The regular fit is designed to accommodate most foot shapes, though the lace-up closure allows for some adjustment in width.
These are perfect for pavement, school yards, gym floors, and light trails.
Yes, you can replace the existing insoles with orthotics or aftermarket cushioned inserts if preferred.
Use a double knot or replace with slightly longer laces if the current ones are too short for a secure lock.
Re-tighten the laces starting from the bottom eyelets upward to ensure even tension across the midfoot.
Remove the insoles after use to air them out and use an odour-neutralizing spray designed for footwear.
To ensure your Runfalcon 5 trainers last, start by adjusting the laces for a secure, supportive fit that isn't too tight across the top of the foot. These sneakers are compatible with most standard sports socks. To maintain their appearance, wipe down the textile upper with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to remove surface dirt. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can break down the adhesives and degrade the Cloudfoam material. For the outsole, use a soft-bristled brush to remove any dried mud or debris collected in the tread patterns to maintain optimal traction.
