Press and quickly release the volume up button and the side button simultaneously.

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings. Note: This will erase all data on your device, so back up your data first.

The iPhone 16 Plus is water-resistant up to 6 meters for 30 minutes under the IP68 standard, but it's not entirely waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, download and install it.

Make sure your face is clearly visible. Look at the iPhone screen, and it will automatically unlock if it recognizes your face.

During the initial setup, you can transfer data from your old iPhone using Quick Start (Bluetooth) or from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

The iPhone 16 Plus uses a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Ensure the device is charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try forcing a restart by pressing and quickly releasing the volume up button, then the volume down button, then pressing and holding the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Check your Wi-Fi settings. Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled and you're connected to the correct network. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone and router.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in Settings. Make sure the device you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode. If it still doesn't connect, restart both devices.

Close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, update the app from the App Store. If it still does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Check your battery usage in Settings to identify which apps are consuming the most power. Adjust your screen brightness, disable background app refresh for unnecessary apps, and turn off location services when not needed.
