The Nike Zoom Fly 6 is lighter than its predecessor for a fresh, fast feel, and uses a woven mesh upper so you get a premium training shoe feel that is lightweight and highly breathable. A thin rubber outsole helps keep the weight to a minimum while offering excellent grip. A huge stack of ZoomX foam cushions and helps with energy return, while the full-length plate not only provides a snappy feel to your stride but helps keep stability from your landing to your toe-off. The midsole is made of ZoomX, Nike's lightest and most resilient foam, delivering our most energy return with every stride you take. A full-length carbon plate increases efficiency and responsiveness. The outsole is made of thin rubber that's lightweight and grippy on the road. The upper is made of woven mesh, offering high-end training shoe comfort without sacrificing weight or breathability.
