- Everyday Training: Excellent for daily jogs, tempo runs, and longer road runs.
- Neutral Gaits: Best suited for runners who do not require significant pronation control.

Care
Proper care extends the lifespan and maintains the performance of your Cloudmonster shoes.
- Cleaning:
- Remove loose dirt with a soft brush (e.g., old toothbrush).
- Mix mild soap (like dish soap) with cool water.
- Dampen a cloth or sponge with the soapy water and gently wipe the upper and midsole.
- Do NOT submerge shoes in water or put them in a washing machine, as this can damage materials and adhesives.
- For the rubber sole, a tougher brush can be used to remove embedded debris.
- Drying:
- Air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources (like radiators or tumble dryers).
- Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
- Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
- Keep them away from harsh chemicals or solvents.
