FAQs
What is the height of the headboard?

The bed features a solid, platform-top base designed to provide a stable foundation.
Where is this bed set made?
The Comfort Sofia Gold Divan Bed Set is handcrafted in the United Kingdom.
Can I move the bed easily?
Yes, the bed comes with chrome gliders installed, which allow for easier movement across carpeted or hard floors compared to traditional legs.
Troubleshooting
Headboard feels loose or wobbles
Tighten the bolts connecting the headboard struts to the divan base and ensure the base is pushed firmly against the wall.
Mattress feels uneven
Rotate the mattress 180 degrees to distribute weight differently and ensure the divan base is on a perfectly level floor surface.
Pros and Cons
Pros

- Handcrafted quality with UK manufacturing
- Platform-top base ensures structural longevity
- Easy to maneuver with integrated chrome gliders
- Breathable fabric cover enhances comfort
Cons
- Medium comfort rating may be too firm for some sleepers
- Open-coil technology provides less motion isolation than pocket springs
- Headboard requires floor space due to its 54-inch height
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To assemble the set, ensure you have enough floor space for the divan base segments. Attach the headboard to the designated fixing points on the rear of the base, ensuring it is flush against the wall for maximum stability. For care, it is recommended to rotate your mattress every three months to ensure even wear across the springs. Keep the base clean by vacuuming the fabric upholstery with an upholstery attachment, and avoid using harsh chemical cleaners. Since the divan base is a platform-top design, it is compatible with most standard-sized double mattresses if you choose to upgrade in the future.
