Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Break-in period: Wear the shoes for short walks before starting intensive running programs to allow the cushioning to adapt to your foot.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft-bristled brush. Use a damp cloth with mild soap for surface cleaning. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials and glue.
- Rotation: If training daily, consider rotating with another pair of shoes to allow the foam to fully decompress between sessions.
