The DLX Lainey Long Down Jacket is designed for adults seeking reliable thermal insulation and weather protection during harsh winter conditions. It provides exceptional warmth through a premium down-and-feather blend and a protective TPU membrane, making it perfect for both urban commutes and outdoor winter activities; however, the longline design may restrict movement slightly during high-intensity physical exertion.

No, the DLX Lainey features a grown-on (fixed) hood.
The shell is crafted from a durable and comfortable blend of cotton and polyester with a protective TPU membrane.
Store the jacket on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing it in a vacuum bag as this can damage the loft of the down filling.
Yes, but use a mild detergent made for technical or down apparel and ensure the machine is set to a delicate cycle with a low spin speed.
It features a protective TPU membrane which provides water resistance against light rain and snow, but it is not classified as fully waterproof for heavy storm conditions.
The DLX Lainey is designed to be a standard adult fit; if you plan on wearing thick layers underneath, ensure the fit allows for adequate room for movement.
This is normal for down jackets; do not pull them. Push them back inside the jacket from the other side and rub the fabric gently to close the hole.
Ensure you tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls to fluff up the feathers, or shake the jacket periodically during the air-drying process.
To ensure your DLX Lainey jacket maintains its loft and thermal properties, avoid storing it compressed for long periods; keep it hanging in a dry, ventilated closet. For cleaning, it is recommended to follow the care label strictly, typically involving a gentle machine wash on a low cycle with a specific detergent designed for down garments. Use a tennis ball or dryer ball during the tumble dry cycle to help redistribute the down feathers and prevent clumping, restoring the jacket's original puffiness.
