Setup: Connect your video sources (cameras, computers, media players) to the HDMI or SDI inputs. Connect your output destinations (displays, projectors, streaming encoders) to the HDMI or SDI outputs. For advanced features like PTZ camera control via LAN, connect the V-600UHD to your network using the RJ-45 port. Power on the device and use the intuitive front-panel controls or connected monitor to configure input scaling, audio settings, and output destinations. For the Ver. 2.0 update features like "Automatic ROI", ensure your PTZ cameras are compatible and connected via LAN as per the specific camera manufacturer's guidelines and the V-600UHD manual.
Compatibility: The V-600UHD supports a wide range of resolutions including XGA, SXGA, WXGA, SXGA+, UXGA, HD 1080p, WUXGA, UHD 4K (3840x2160), and DCI 4K (4096x2160). It handles various video modes such as 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 2160p. Audio formats supported include PCM. It is compatible with PC and video sources that adhere to standard VESA and broadcast timings. For PTZ control, it supports JVC, Panasonic, Sony, PTZ Optics, Avonic, and VISCA compatible cameras via LAN.
Care: Keep the V-600UHD in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids or aerosol cleaners. Ensure all cables are securely connected before operation. Periodically check for firmware updates on the Roland website to access the latest features and performance improvements.
