Store the remaining putty in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to prevent it from drying out.

It is best to apply the putty in temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid application in extreme weather conditions.

Ensure the putty is at room temperature. If it's too cold, it will be difficult to work with. If it is too dry, try working some putty to make it more pliable.

Ensure the putty is applied in a thin, even layer. Over-application can cause cracking as the putty dries. If needed, apply multiple thinner layers.
