The Hotter Tourist II Sandals are designed for a standard width. However, the elasticated buckle straps offer good adjustability and stretch, which can accommodate slightly wider feet or provide comfort as your feet swell throughout the day.

While perfect for days out near the beach, it's best to avoid prolonged immersion in water. The leather upper and memory foam insole are not designed to be submerged, which could affect their durability and comfort.

Wipe the leather gently with a damp, soft cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a leather cleaner specifically designed for footwear, following the product's instructions. Always allow them to air dry.

The sandals feature a comfortable 25mm heel height, offering a subtle lift while maintaining stability.

The memory foam insole molds to the unique contours of your foot, providing personalized cushioning and support, including to your arch, for enhanced comfort.

The upper is made of Leather, the lining is Textile, and the sole is Rubber. The insole features memory foam and soft microfibre padding.

The elasticated buckle straps are fully adjustable. Unfasten the buckles, reposition your foot, and then refasten and adjust the tension until the fit is snug but not constricting. Remember the straps will stretch slightly with wear.

While designed for comfort, ensure the straps are not overtightened. The memory foam insole should mold to your foot over time for personalized cushioning. If discomfort persists, check if the sandal size is appropriate for your foot length and width.

This can sometimes occur if there's moisture between your foot and the insole, or if the sole is very new. Try applying a small amount of baby powder to the insole to absorb moisture. If the sound persists, it might resolve with more wear.
