The On Running Cloud X trainers are designed for active women who require a versatile shoe capable of transitioning between road running and dynamic, high-intensity studio training. By merging a responsive, cushioned ride with lateral stability, these shoes offer exceptional support for multifaceted movement; however, users should note that they are optimized for agility and hybrid gym use rather than long-distance endurance running.

The Cloud X is designed for hybrid gym and agility training. While comfortable for short runs, they lack the specific support features found in dedicated long-distance running shoes.
Yes, the dual-density midsole provides a stable platform that is suitable for general gym lifting and strength training.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains. Avoid submerging the shoes in water.
The Cloud X generally follows standard sizing, though the snug 'lockdown' fit is intentional for stability during dynamic movement.
Helion superfoam provides a responsive feel that balances soft cushioning for impact protection with energy return for explosive movements.
Ensure the laces are tightened specifically through the midfoot to leverage the secure lockdown construction.
Gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush and mild detergent, then dab with a damp cloth; do not soak the shoe.
To ensure your Cloud X trainers maintain their performance, perform a proper lace-up to lock the heel into the cupped design. When cleaning, avoid machine washing; instead, use a soft brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to spot-clean the engineered mesh upper. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the specialized foams. Store them in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the breathable mesh fabric.
