The Extol Stretch panels are made of a flexible material that moves with your body, allowing for greater freedom of movement and comfort during dynamic activities like hiking or climbing.

The synthetic insulation may have clumped. Ensure the jacket is fully dry and tumble dry on a low heat, periodically removing and fluffing the insulation to restore loft.

The water-repellent finish may have worn off over time. Consider re-applying a suitable DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment according to the product's instructions. Note that this finish is for light showers, not heavy rain.

Gently clean the zipper teeth with a small brush and water. Apply a small amount of wax (like candle wax or a zipper lubricant) to the teeth and move the slider back and forth to ease movement.
