Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on white sections
Gently wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a mixture of mild soap and warm water, then air dry completely.
Shoes feel tight after prolonged wear
Check if the laces are tied too tightly or if the child has outgrown the current size, as kids' feet grow frequently.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longest lifespan for the Assert 11 trainers, it is essential to verify the correct size before the first wear. Proper fit ensures that the support structures align correctly with the child's foot arch. For care, avoid submerging the shoes in water; instead, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean surface stains using a damp cloth and mild detergent. Always air-dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials or damage adhesives.
