Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation
- Concrete and Stone Floors: If the concrete is new, let it dry for a month. Wire brush and remove dust. Seal with a stabilizing solution. For previously painted floors, wire brush, wipe with white spirit, and let dry.
- Wooden Floors: Sand the floor, vacuum and wipe with white spirit. Fill holes with wood filler. Seal any knots with Knot Block Wood Primer and Undercoat. For previously painted floors, sand, wipe with white spirit, and let dry.
Application
- Mixing: Stir the paint thoroughly to mix pigments.
- Application: Use a brush, roller, or Perfect Finish Pad.
- Coats: Apply three coats for best results, allowing 4-6 hours drying time between coats.
Compatibility
Ronseal Diamond Hard Floor Paint is compatible with wood, concrete, and stone floors. Ensure the surface is properly prepared to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
Care
Clean spills immediately. Regular cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
