Setting Up
- Winding: The watch is powered by a mechanical movement. To start the watch, fully wind it by turning the crown clockwise 20-30 times. The watch will need to be wound when it stops running.
- Setting the Time: Pull the crown out to the second position. Rotate the crown to set the correct time.
- Date Setting: Some models have a date function. Pull the crown to the first position, and rotate the crown to change the date.
Compatibility
This watch is a standalone mechanical timepiece and does not require any external devices or compatibility checks.
Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or fingerprints.
- Water Resistance: Ensure the crown is fully pushed in to maintain water resistance.
- Servicing: Have the watch serviced by a professional watchmaker every few years to ensure proper functioning of the mechanical movement. The transparent back allows you to see the movement and its need for maintenance.
- Avoid: Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, and harsh chemicals.
