No, the compression fittings are designed for tool-free installation. Specialist tools or hot works are not required.

Each pack contains 15 reducing couplings.
Yes, it is certified for use in potable water systems and meets stringent water regulations.
Ensure the MDPE pipe is cut square, clean, and inserted fully into the coupling. Check for any damage to the pipe end or the coupling's internal seal.
Verify that the pipe is the correct MDPE type and size (25mm or 20mm). Ensure the pipe end is not deformed and is free of obstructions.
Confirm the pipe has been pushed in until it is fully seated. The internal mechanism should grip the pipe securely. If issues persist, the pipe may be damaged or not within tolerance.
Setup: To install, ensure both the 25mm and 20mm MDPE pipes are cut square and free from burrs. Push the 25mm pipe fully into the larger end of the coupling and the 20mm pipe fully into the smaller end until seated. The integral O-ring and collet mechanism will create a secure, watertight seal.
Compatibility: This fitting is designed exclusively for use with Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) pipes and is intended for cold potable water systems only. It is not suitable for use with other pipe materials or for hot water applications.
Care: No ongoing maintenance is required for the fitting itself. However, ensure the connected MDPE pipes are protected from damage and extreme temperatures. Periodically check the surrounding area for any signs of leaks, especially if the system has recently undergone changes.
