Troubleshooting

Leak at the connection point

Ensure the pipe is fully inserted into the fitting and the compression nut is tightened appropriately. Check for damage to the pipe end or fitting. Re-seat the pipe and retighten the nut, avoiding overtightening.

Difficulty inserting pipe

Verify that you are using the correct size (25mm) MDPE pipe. Ensure the pipe end is clean, square, and free of debris or deformation.

Fitting does not seal properly

Confirm the pipe is the correct type (MDPE) and size. Check the pipe for any nicks or damage that could prevent a good seal. Ensure the compression ring and nut are properly seated.
