The On Running Cloudrunner 3 Waterproof is designed for adult female runners seeking a reliable, stable, and weather-resistant shoe for daily road training. It provides a supreme balance of cushioning and support, making it ideal for those who prioritize comfort on longer runs, though the added waterproof construction may slightly reduce breathability during exceptionally hot weather conditions.

These are primarily engineered for road running. While they have good traction, they lack the aggressive lugs needed for technical trail terrain.
No, never put your shoes in the dryer as the heat will damage the glue and the waterproof membrane.
The Cloudrunner 3 Waterproof weighs approximately 282g.
Depending on usage and intensity, most running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles.
The material is designed to be waterproof while allowing for some moisture vapor transfer, though it will not be as airy as non-waterproof mesh versions.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to be more loose across the midfoot to allow the forefoot more natural splay.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth immediately after your run to prevent grit from settling into the fabric pores.
To ensure optimal performance, ensure you are wearing the correct size for your gait; the UK 4.5 fits true to size, but consider potential swelling during long runs. For care, avoid machine washing the shoes, as this can degrade the waterproof membrane. Instead, clean the exterior with a soft brush and mild soap, then let them air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators. If the interior becomes damp, remove the sock liner and stuff with paper towels to draw out moisture efficiently.
