The MT500 Burner clipless mountain bike shoe is designed for riding challenging trails with progressive, trainer-like looks and Endura's renowned MT500 capability. It features a supportive EGM Insole and reinforced construction for comfort and security during long rides. The flex profile is engineered to provide support and control through the pedals, while reinforced toe and heel boxes offer additional protection. An EVA midsole absorbs shock, and the toe and heel tread provides excellent walking traction on ascents. The shoe boasts an off-set cleat box with increased longitudinal adjustment for customizable foot positioning over the pedals. Key features include highly durable upper fabrics with perforated panels for ventilation, a low absorbency quick-dry lining, EGM footbed for comfort and power transfer, and StickyFoot Grip pedal contact areas for secure connection with pedals. The toe and heel sections utilize StickyFoot Dura in an aggressive tread pattern for superb walking grip and durability. An offset cleat box with increased longitudinal adjustment allows for a wide range of stance options. The flex profile balances stiffness and flex for optimal power transfer and control. Traditional laces combined with an additional Velcro strap ensure a secure fit, and the Sharkskin fabric lined heel cup helps to keep the foot in place.
