The shoe features supportive EGM insoles and reinforced construction for enhanced durability. Its engineered flex profile balances stiffness and flex for optimal support and control through the pedals. For comfort and security, an EGM insole is included to keep your feet comfortable hour after hour. Reinforced toe and heel boxes provide extra protection, while an EVA midsole offers shock absorption for rough terrain. The toe and heel tread are designed for excellent walking traction when needed, ensuring the shoe is always ready for another run. The MT500 Burner features an off-set cleat box with increased longitudinal adjustment, allowing riders to customize their foot positioning over the pedal for a wide range of stance options. Key features include durable upper fabrics with perforated panels for ventilation, a low-absorbency quick-dry lining, and StickyFoot Grip pedal contact areas for great connection with pedals. The toe and heel sections use StickyFoot Dura in an aggressive tread pattern for superb walking grip and durability. Traditional laces combined with an additional Velcro strap ensure a secure fit, and a Sharkskin fabric-lined heel cup helps hold the foot in place.
