The adidas Performance Runfalcon 5 trainers are designed for active adults who need a reliable, versatile shoe for daily training and casual wear. These trainers excel by providing long-lasting comfort through Cloudfoam cushioning and consistent airflow via a breathable mesh upper, though users should note they are built specifically for neutral stability rather than intensive corrective support.

They are designed for daily training and casual use, making them great for moderate distances and gym workouts.
These shoes feature a neutral platform. They do not offer corrective motion control, making them best for runners with a neutral foot strike.
It is recommended to clean them by hand. Machine washing can damage the materials and the structural integrity of the cushioning.
It refers to the height difference between the heel and the forefoot, promoting a natural walking or running transition.
No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability and will allow water to pass through. They are best suited for dry conditions.
Adjust the lacing pattern to be looser through the eyelets or consider wearing thinner performance socks.
Use a soft bristle brush to gently scrub the mesh; avoid aggressive scrubbing which may fray the fabric.
Utilize the 'runner's loop' or heel-lock lacing method to secure the heel more firmly against the back of the shoe.
To ensure the best performance, choose your standard UK sizing, as the Runfalcon 5 follows a regular fit profile. Upon receiving your pair, perform a 'flex test' by gently bending the shoe to ensure the cushioning feels responsive to your arch.
