These trainers are designed for everyday use and short-to-medium distance runs; they may lack the advanced stability features required for long-distance marathon racing.
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as the heat and agitation can compromise the cushioning and structural integrity. Use hand cleaning methods instead.
You should have approximately a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe, with no uncomfortable pressure points.
No, the textile upper is designed for breathability and will not repel water effectively in heavy rain.
Yes, they are suitable for general gym workouts, weightlifting, and treadmill use due to their balanced cushioning and grip.
Cloudfoam is a proprietary adidas EVA-based cushioning material designed to provide an extra-soft step-in feel and superior comfort during movement.
Use a double knot or ensure the laces are pulled evenly from the eyelets to maintain balanced tension.
Use a medium-bristled brush to dislodge debris from the rubber tread to restore grip.
Check that your socks are not too thin and ensure the lacing is snug enough to hold your midfoot in place.
To ensure the longevity of your Runfalcon 6 Cloudfoam trainers, ensure you choose the correct size based on your standard UK measurement. When first putting them on, loosen the laces entirely to position your heel properly against the back of the shoe before tightening them for a secure fit. For care, avoid submerging the shoes in water; instead, spot-clean the textile and synthetic upper with a soft cloth and mild soap. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which may damage the foam cushioning or adhesive layers.
