Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The HOKA Challenger 8 trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have the correct size for optimal comfort and performance. Recommended practice is to wear them for shorter distances initially to allow your feet to adapt to the cushioning and fit.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for a broad range of runners and terrains. They are compatible with most standard running sock types. For those using custom orthotics, the insoles are typically removable to accommodate them, though fit may vary.
Care: To maintain the performance and lifespan of your HOKA Challenger 8 trainers:
- Cleaning: Gently clean the upper with a damp cloth or a soft brush. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage the materials and cushioning.
- Drying: Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators or prolonged sunlight. Stuffing them with paper towels can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Laces: Check laces regularly for wear and tear and replace if necessary.
