FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?

Can I use these for running?
Yes, they are designed for daily movement and road running, though they are optimized for urban surfaces.
Does the Cloudswift AMP come in different widths?
The model is designed with a standard width; the synthetic cage allows for some adjustment via lacing tension.
How long should the cushioning last?
The lifespan of the Helion foam depends on usage intensity, but typically maintains its responsiveness for 300-500 miles of use.
What is the primary material used?
The upper is primarily composed of breathable nylon mesh with synthetic reinforcement.
Troubleshooting
Foot feels slightly cramped after first wear
Loosen the laces significantly to allow the synthetic cage to adjust to your foot volume during the first few uses.
Debris stuck in the CloudTec sole pods
Use a blunt tool or a firm brush to gently dislodge small rocks or gravel from the sole channels.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These trainers arrive ready to wear. We recommend trying them on at the end of the day when your feet are slightly swollen to ensure the fit is accurate for your daily needs.
Compatibility: The Cloudswift AMP is optimized for road and pavement use. While they are versatile trainers, they are not designed for technical trail running.
Care: To maintain the longevity of the nylon and foam materials:
- Remove loose dirt with a soft brush after use.
- Wipe the midsole with a damp cloth to keep the foam clean.
- Air dry in a cool, shaded area; avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can degrade the foam components.
