Care & Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DELTA 3 Smart Extra Battery:
- Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, ensure the battery is charged to around 30-50% and recharge it every 3-6 months.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the battery. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Do not submerge the unit in water.
- Ventilation: Ensure the battery's vents are not obstructed during use to prevent overheating.
- Handling: Handle with care to avoid drops or impacts. The unit weighs 9.6 kg (21.2 lb), so lift it properly.
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check the EcoFlow app for firmware updates for both your DELTA 3 power station and the extra battery to ensure compatibility and access to the latest features and optimizations.
