Care and Maintenance
- Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, aim for a charge level of around 30-50% and recharge every 3-6 months.
- Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Avoid Overcharging/Over-discharging: The internal Battery Management System (BMS) protects against this, but always aim to keep the battery within recommended charge levels.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around both the extra battery and the main power station during operation to prevent overheating.
- Handle with Care: While robust, avoid dropping the unit or subjecting it to severe impacts.
