Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Saucony Guide 19 trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct size for optimal fit and comfort. It is recommended to wear them for a short walk or run initially to get accustomed to the feel.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for running on most hard surfaces such as roads, pavements, and treadmills. They are not specifically designed for trail running or highly technical terrain.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Spot clean with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can damage the materials and affect their performance.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a tumble dryer, as this can warp or shrink the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to maintain their shape and material integrity.
- Rotation: For prolonged shoe life and optimal performance, consider rotating between multiple pairs of running shoes if you run frequently.
