Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Brooks Glycerin Flex trainers, follow these guidelines. Start by ensuring you have the correct fit; as with all running shoes, your toes should have about a thumbnail's width of space at the front of the shoe. Avoid machine washing your trainers, as the high heat and agitation can break down the cushioning foams and adhesives. Instead, clean the exterior using a soft brush to remove dried mud and a damp cloth with mild soap for localized stains. Allow them to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area, keeping them away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
